Managing Time in Outlook: How to Bulk Delete Outlook Tasks

Tasks can be very useful in Outlook, but I often want to take an action on lots of tasks at once, for example delete them or mark them as complete.

Rather than select each task individually and delete it or otherwise edit it, you can easily select a set of tasks to edit in one go.

Just click on the task you are interested in, hold down the SHIFT key and click on another task. All the tasks in between will be selected.

Alternatively, click on a task then, while holding down the CTRL key, click on other tasks. They’ll each stay selected.

Now you can delete them all or mark them as complete in one further click.
